Refund policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges for our products, with the exception of receiving a damaged or wrong product, in which case the customer should contact our customer care within two working days of receiving the package. The damaged or wrong product(s), once verified by customer service, will then be eligible for replacement or store credit of the product value. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@patchouhome.com. You will be asked to provide images of the damaged/wrong product along with the receipt or proof of purchase. Once the return has been verified by customer service, we will send you a return shipping label and a pickup will be scheduled for you to return the product(s). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
